Summerwind is a private community established in the 1970s located in Fairfax Station, VA. The neighborhood consists of 33 custom, single family homes situated on 5 +/- acre lots. The split rail fenced community offers a quiet haven with direct access to 31 miles of walking and horse trials and nearby access to Burke Lake Park. Yet this peaceful neighborhood is only minutes away from access to Route 123 and Route 286 (Fairfax County Parkway).

Homeowners Association
The Summerwind Homes Association is incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It maintains covenants and regulations, including architectural control, designed to protect the value and desirability of properties in the association and to protect the water quality of the Occoquan Watershed.
